The Computer Knowledge Virus Tutorial is a copyrighted product of Computer Knowledge. It also contains copyrighted material from others (used with permission). Please honor the copyrights. At one time Computer Knowledge had a PDF version of the tutorial. The PDF version of the Computer Knowledge Virus Tutorial is NOT in the public domain. It is copyrighted by Computer Knowledge and it and all accompanying materials are protected by United States copyright law and also by international treaty provisions.

Any action or proceeding brought by either party against the other arising out of or related to this agreement shall be brought only in a STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent jurisdiction located in Santa Barbara County, California. The parties hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.

Any suit or other legal action, claim or any arbitration relating in any way to this agreement or software covered by it must be officially filed or officially commenced no later than three months (90 days) after your first reading of the information.

This agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded.

General

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to Computer Knowledge.

Computer Knowledge may revoke any permissions granted here, by notifying you in writing.

If any part of this agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.

Using this tutorial means that you agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement may only be modified in writing signed by an authorized officer of Computer Knowledge.
