CKnow keeps no name/E-mail information for any other purpose than to respond to comments in this feedback form. Once an answer is sent, all submitted information is deleted.

Earthlink users note: If you expect a response, you must disable the challenge/response spam protection for cknow.com if you have it set. Challenges generally make their way into my spam filter and are generally never seen.

And, finally: Computer Knowledge maintains no mailing list and does NOT send things out to you. If you got spam from cknow.com it's a forged message header so please don't bother complaining here; there is nothing cknow.com can do about that. That's just the way the Internet works now.
