Year 2000
(Y-2-K)
A shortcut indicating the year 2000. Typically used when describing the problems expected to occur January 1, 2000 when computers that use two digits to represent a date (the 19 is assumed) can no longer reliably perform date arithmetic. Not used much now that Y2K has come and gone with little problem.
