A diverse international group of virtually anyone interested in Internet architecture. IETF is sometimes called the main standards organization of the Internet. While not the final standards body, the IETF often does resolve Internet architectural issues and collects protocol standards proposals for submission to the Internet Architecture Board (IAB).
